Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for quantum-neural network fusion
- Lead cross-functional teams developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier AI journals and conferences
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize AI-qubit interactions
- Develop predictive models for climate change mitigation using federated learning
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced machine learning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in AI/ML with 2+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch frameworks
- Strong background in quantum computing algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of translating research into production systems
