Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid algorithms
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Establish ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 global regulatory standards
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers and drive open-source AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in advanced neural network development
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI
- Experience with large-scale model deployment (GPT-4+ scale)
