- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global tech summits
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new benchmarks in computational efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable commercial solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from ideation to implementation
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness, and explainable AI methodologies
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and productionizing AI systems at scale
