Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for quantum computing environments
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Publish 3-4 peer-reviewed papers annually in venues like Nature AI or NeurIPS
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready solutions using PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum co-processing systems
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with focus on quantum machine learning
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning research with publication record
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and tensor network optimization
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research funding from NSF or DARPA
- Published work in top-tier AI/quantum journals (h-index > 20)
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures and bio-inspired AI
