Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in deep learning architectures and neural network optimization
- Develop novel algorithms for real-time data processing in edge computing environments
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize AI models for exponential performance gains
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier conferences/journals
- Mentor junior researchers through our innovation incubator program
- Ensure ethical AI compliance through bias mitigation and transparency frameworks
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production systems with engineering partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of applied ML/AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying research models at scale (>10M users)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or generative adversarial networks
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
