Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for multimodal AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI models for next-gen silicon
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Mentor PhD interns and cross-functional engineering teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with focus on AI/ML
- 3+ years of experience in transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Published record at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and causal inference
- Proficiency in quantum computing principles (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with MLOps and productionizing AI systems at scale
