Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and publish in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready systems with 99.9% accuracy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in deep learning or quantum AI
- Published record at top-tier AI conferences (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven ability to secure federal research grants (SBIR, NSF)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative models
- Experience with MLOps and productionizing ML pipelines
