Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-generation AI systems (AGI, quantum machine learning)
- Design scalable neural architectures for real-time decision-making at planetary scale
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring human-aligned outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in biotech, climate science, and space exploration
- Author breakthrough publications in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top AI/ML conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems handling >1B daily interactions
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience securing federal research grants and managing R&D budgets
