Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published 15+ papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployments
- Strong background in AI safety and explainable AI methodologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/industry research grants
