Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-enhanced machine learning for 2026 deployment
- Develop novel algorithms for AGI alignment and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Architect neural networks capable of cross-modal reasoning across 10+ data domains
- Publish 3+ papers annually at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through strategic partnerships
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready systems
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML/Computer Science with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published work in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic hardware
- Proven track record in deploying ML systems at scale (100M+ user impact)
- Deep knowledge of transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Preferred: Background in computational neuroscience or biologically-inspired AI
