Responsibilities
- Develop novel AI architectures leveraging quantum computing principles for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in prototyping generative AI systems with ethical guardrails
- Collaborate with neuromorphic engineering teams to create brain-inspired computing solutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Design scalable ML pipelines for real-time processing of petabyte-scale datasets
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging paradigms like synthetic consciousness and AGI alignment
- Present findings at global tech summits and contribute to open-source AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and transformer architectures
- Proficiency in distributed computing (Ray, Kubernetes) and high-performance GPU clusters
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research grants or corporate partnerships
- Familiarity with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, Intel Hala Point) and spiking neural networks
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
