Responsibilities

- Architect quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen security
- Collaborate with futurists to model societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Mentor PhD candidates in our sponsored AI incubation program
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants through innovative proposal development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years publishing in top-tier ML/AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Published work on AI ethics or alignment (FAIR, Anthropic papers preferred)
- Fluency in at least one quantum assembly language
