Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published 15+ papers in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Quantum computing certification (IBM/Google)
- Proficiency in PyTorch 3.0 and JAX-XLA
- Fluency in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- 3+ years managing international research teams
