Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement novel machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy scalable AI solutions into production environments.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model accuracy.
- Stay current with the latest academic research and industry trends in AI.
- Write and present technical documentation and research papers to internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance and low latency in real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML research or a related applied science role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, primarily Python and C++.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
