- Establish governance frameworks ensuring AI systems meet ethical and compliance standards
- Mentor junior engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Research and integrate emerging AI technologies including generative models and neural networks
- Optimize systems for scalability, security, and performance in cloud-native environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture with proven large-scale deployment success
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps toolchains
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, and generative AI
- Strong Python proficiency with frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Experience leading AI ethics initiatives and responsible AI frameworks
- Published research or patents in machine learning or AI systems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
