Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for high-profile clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with 99%+ data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle time
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 7 AM - 7 PM
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced environments
