Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call quality and resolution rates
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems following company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and security guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
