Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and process orders accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and typing (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
