Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and update account records.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain high service standards.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance metrics and KPIs.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to type 35+ WPM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote work elements).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
