Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and make outbound calls to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Maintain detailed call logs and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
