Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during high-stress situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (for office-based roles).
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- US citizenship or valid work authorization is required.
