Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to products, services, and billing inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upsell products when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service quality and response times.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (remote/hybrid options available).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new processes quickly.
