Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and trust.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred but not required.
