Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
