- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Explain complex products and services in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Adhere strictly to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable internet connection (if applicable) and a quiet workspace.
