- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
