Qualifications

- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space (if remote).
