Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Process payments, update account details, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet sales targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or technical team when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
