Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Enter accurate customer data and transaction details into our CRM software.
- Assist customers with billing questions, product information, and technical support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Follow all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required for our Paid Training program.
