- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in paid training programs to master product knowledge and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required (Paid Training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
