Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates into our CRM database.
- Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions regarding pricing, availability, and features.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and polite demeanor while adhering to company scripts and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and handle multiple phone lines simultaneously.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
