Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
- Listen to customer concerns, identify needs, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while adhering to established call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to escalate and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor during peak call times and high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, typing, and CRM software (training provided).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
