Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.

- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
