Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently using our CRM tools.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the system.
- Educate customers on products and services, ensuring they fully understand their options.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends in customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, call scripts, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong typing speed (35+ WPM) and computer navigation proficiency.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
