Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, typing, and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
