- Resolve billing/technical inquiries using CRM software (Salesforce)

- Collaborate with Tier-2 support for escalations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
