Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with high-quality service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Meet/exceed KPIs: First Call Resolution (FCR), CSAT scores, and handle time
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex cases
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions and skill-building workshops
- Contribute to team goals through collaborative problem-solving
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and multi-tasking
- Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Basic CRM/Salesforce knowledge or willingness to learn
- Positive attitude with resilience in high-volume environments
