Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information within the CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers and answer questions about our offerings.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors or technical support teams when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
