Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and issue resolutions into our CRM database.
- Follow established scripts and quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues appropriately and resolve them.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policy changes, and service updates to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor during stressful interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, typing, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
