Responsibilities
- Answer Incoming Calls: Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and support staff to improve call center operations.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate, and professional tone.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with computer systems, typing, and navigating multiple windows simultaneously.
