Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions in CRM systems accurately
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (quality/speed)
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends as needed)
