Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and patience.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions to inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
