Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate supervisors or technical teams.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in daily training sessions and continuous improvement workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Must have a dedicated home office space with a quiet environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer with Windows 10 or macOS.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
