Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on delivering a world-class experience.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately log customer interactions, issues, and feedback.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service quality.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote) and a dedicated workspace.
