Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with 98% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 25+ calls/day, 90% first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with Tier-2 support for complex escalations
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all communications
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and CRM proficiency
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun)
- Excellent conflict resolution and empathy skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
