Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and ensure security protocols are strictly followed during overnight hours
- Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate critical issues to on-call management
- Document all shift activities, incidents, and operational metrics in digital logs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handovers during shift changes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous night shift or security experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if transportation required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital reporting systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Pass background check and drug screening
