Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 30-second response time
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product concerns
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM system
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors
- Meet daily performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate)
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent typing skills (50+ WPM)
