Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support across multiple digital channels with 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Resolve technical issues and billing inquiries for Fortune 500 clients
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers during complex escalations
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities through analytics
- Participate in bi-weekly team knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain 15+ concurrent chat conversations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume chat support or helpdesk
- Exceptional written communication skills with 0% error rate in documentation
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM CT)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated SLA adherence
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting software/hardware issues
- Availability for mandatory weekend rotations (1-2 weekends/month)
