Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions within the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent written communication skills and a high typing speed (45+ wpm).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for candidates willing to learn through our paid training program.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
