- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues, process orders, and provide accurate product information to resolve issues on the first contact.
- CRM Management: Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions within the customer relationship management system.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues or share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and spelling.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have reliable high-speed internet and proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
